Profile:

This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer and support the Coldwell Banker business unit Chief Executive Officer. As a member of the Enterprise Human Resources Leadership team (HRLT), we are enablers of one of Realogy’s top three priorities: Talent. Our goal is to drive a highly engaged and performing organization thereby ensuring the success of Realogy’s short- and long-term strategy.

Your objective will be to successfully execute on both business unit and enterprise-wide strategic goals, while being a change leader, supporting global operations, demonstrating a commitment to a ONE Realogy mission and driving delivery of HRBP services within the business unit.

Responsibilities:

Organization Design:

Utilizing org design frameworks and knowledge gathered internally and externally consult on organizational design challenges ensuring that an organization’s strategy is supported through an aligned structure, processes, rewards, people and capabilities.

Talent Planning:

Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the right skills and capabilities of the future, building a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed.

Talent Review/Assessment:

Facilitate calibration sessions utilizing enterprise-wide tools and facilitation best practices.

High Potential Development:

Drive recognition of and effective use of coachable moments between leaders and their team members.

Performance Management:

Leverage Realogy’s current program, systems, tools, processes to support effective performance management.

Engagement:

Drive employee engagement across the business.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:

Drive DE&I initiatives and practices in alignment with business unit objectives.

Relationship Management:

Build solid partnerships with business unit leaders and the HR leadership team.

Project Management:

Manage specific projects as determined by the HRLT operational plan.

Change Management:

Lead change through robust change management.

Analytics:

Utilize business unit productivity data and internal talent metrics to glean insights.

Develop and manage a high performing HR team.

Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.

Champion the One Realogy mission throughout HR and the business.

Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.

Qualifications:

10 years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role partnering with executive leadership.

HR leadership experience supporting a national distributed sales organization strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field.

Strong business acumen—able to quickly learn the business and put forth recommendations which impact business outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.

Demonstrated consultative skills and experience designing organizational structures.

Proven experience identifying and driving change.

Able to assess, diagnose and improve leadership and team capabilities at senior levels.

Experience building talent plans to identify and execute against current and future talent needs.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and platform skills.

Significant knowledge of HR processes and practices.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
