Vice President, Talent AcquisitionThe Vice President of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) at Realogy. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position will not only be accountable for Realogy’s current talent needs, but considering the growth and transformation of our business, help inform and anticipate long term talent needs to ensure our competitive advantage.Key Roles and Responsibilities

In partnership with key stakeholders, develop and keep up to date a talent acquisition strategy that aligns to each business unit and functional strategy and ensures that we have the agility as a COE, as a function, and as a company required to meet evolving needs.Partner with C-Suite executives on executive searches as well as targeted executive pipelining.Ensure inclusion, equity and diversity is at the heart of everything we do, and we are a leader not a follower on the topic.Enhance Realogy’s employment brand and practices to attract top talent and differentiate us in the marketplace.Facilitate organizational design sessions and efforts to ensure a proactive and comprehensive approach to identifying talent needs, gaps, and opportunities that can then be mapped and addressed through recruitment strategies.Monitor and continuously look to evolve KPIs to ensure the function’s effectiveness.Keep abreast of developments in the recruiting space and talent marketplace.Drive simplification and standardization initiatives that enable us to better source, attract, assess, and hire top talent.Continuously develop and grow talent, while also developing overall team capability.Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, with at least 4 years of experience leading an enterprise-wide COE.Experience leading an enterprise-wide talent acquisition COE and building internal sourcing, assessment, and consultative capability.Strong business and financial acumen.Experience managing an in-house executive search practice as well as external resources.Demonstrated experience building an inclusive work environment by attracting and hiring diverse talent as well as implementing practices that mitigate for bias.Proven experience managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment.Experience effectively facilitating organizational design, change management, and large-scale initiatives required.Proven track record of being a trusted advisor to executives, leaders, and peers.Data minded, with a strong desire to align data and metrics to action plans that impact business growth.Demonstrated ability to effectively design and deliver executive level presentations.This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.#LI-MS1#LI-Remote
