Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Operating Officer role in the San Francisco, CA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written, in-depth credit analysis for commercial loans and inspiring and engaging staff with exceptional leadership skills.This position offers a generous salary of up to $250K and a full benefits package.Chief Operating Officer responsibilities include:Collaborating with the President and CEO and Executive Leadership to establish and accomplish annual goals and objectives as well as strategic plans for the Bank.Planning, developing and supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the Bank.Recruiting, motivating and leading a high-performance management team in achieving/exceeding the budgetary goals of the bank.Guiding the team to manage policies, call center and digital presence in compliance with regulations.Overseeing research, analysis, trends and program evaluation of operations in support of strategic planning.Controlling expenses.Maintaining high customer service standards.Resolving customer service issues.Ensuring that staff follows the Bank’s established policies and procedures.Achieving satisfactory audit ratings.Identifying and mitigating operational risk.Performing other duties as assigned.Attending and participating in community events.Expanding existing and formalizing new partnerships.Who Are You?
