Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Operating Officer role in the Atlanta, GA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written, in-depth credit analysis for commercial loans and inspiring staff with exceptional leadership skills. This position offers a generous salary of up to $180K and a full benefits package.Chief Operating Officer responsibilities include:Lead the Branch Operations and Operations Support Services functions within the Bank.Client onboarding, account acceptance, opening and closing, money movement, reporting, and working with the CIO to ensure integration of the investment function and portfolio management.Develop, monitor, and execute the organization’s strategic business plan, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives.Create efficiency through the careful application of technology and digital solutions.Direct and monitor branch operations and support staff to meet organizational goals.Collaborate on customer/product profitability initiatives and rate stratification.Prepare reports of operations and participate in planning and budgeting processes.Develop branch financial and service delivery performance goals and objectives.Control and report branch losses and oversee branch regulatory compliance.Provide mentoring and coaching to support and develop managers and staff.Identify personnel needs within each branch and coordinate with HR for job openings.Stay abreast of current trends affecting the financial services industry.Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.Who Are You?
