Labor and employment experience would be a plus.Duties:Conducting legal research related to eDiscovery mattersDrafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsManaging and overseeing the eDiscovery process for the firm's clientsCollaborating with legal teams to strategize and develop case plansParticipating in client meetings and providing legal counsel on eDiscovery issuesKeeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in eDiscoveryAssisting in negotiations and settlements related to eDiscovery mattersProviding support in trial preparation and courtroom proceedingsMaintaining organized and accurate case files and documentationRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction3-5 years of specific experience in eDiscoveryStrong legal research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to eDiscoveryCertifications:Preferred certifications in eDiscovery and related fieldsSkills:Proficient in legal research tools and eDiscovery softwareStrong counseling and negotiation skillsExceptional writing and drafting abilitiesFamiliarity with labor and employment law (preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
