Westlake Financial believes in PEOPLE with the PURPOSE and PASSION to assist our more than 22,000 dealer partners throughout North America.WESTLAKE WARRIOR | Account Specialist IIJOB HIGHLIGHTS:$1,000 Tiered Retention Bonus.PAY RATE:$20.00 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $5,069.49 or more monthly based on performance.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:90-day collectors will oversee handling accounts that have fallen over three payments past due. They will need to contact customers via phone and skip trace to locate customers that are difficult to get a hold of. The agent will have a monthly goal that needs to be reached. The agent will need to incorporate several skip trace techniques as well as negotiation skills to cure accounts.
