The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at APD is dedicated to providing sound and thorough legal guidance with a high degree of professionalism and ethics, with respect and understanding for the individuals and families the Agency serves.The Work You Will Do:The Licensing Attorney position is in the Office of the General Counsel, providing legal representation to APD in licensing actions before various forums including the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), as well as other state or appellate courts, as required. This role is critical to the Agency and requires coordination and communication with Agency staff, attorneys, consumers, and their representatives.
