Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager, developing and shaping the firm's DEI policies, initiatives, and programs.Salary:
160k base salary + BonusWork Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days in office)Reporting to:
Director of Diversity Equity & InclusionDEI team head count:
6 team membersRoles and Responsibilities:Lead firmwide DEI programs.Collaborate with external and internal DEI correspondents plan, develop, and execute programs.Work directly with clients to implement diversity-related programs and establish partnerships.Foster relationships with diversity professionals at peer firms, diversity organizations, bar associations, and client representatives.Collaborate with colleagues on planning the firm's overall DEI programs, and initiatives.Represent the DEI Team in internal administrative projects and meetings.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree.A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience.Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based services and related applications.Strong project management skills.
