You’ll leverage your friendly personality in conversations with our dedicated customers, assisting them with their hazmat shipping needs as well as growing their accounts.For this role we offer a base pay of $21.63 - $26.44 hourly plus commission (commission is paid monthly on percentage to goal), and our extensive training is paid.Essential functionsSell to and communicate with assigned customersPre-plan call strategyStructure call blocks to maximize sell time and ensure sales process is on trackMeet or exceed call metricsSource new sales opportunities via outbound callsKeep up to date with industry trends, customer news and government regulations tied to product linesExecute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience/Skills2 - 5 years sales experience, preferably as an inside sales account representative or manager or no sales experience with a degree in marketing/business or equivalentProficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal systemsSkills and Attributes We’re Looking ForAccount management skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to multi-taskAssertive, high-energy personalityResilient characterStrong phone presenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of integrity in all business dealingsExcellent ability to close the saleEEO Employer – Veterans and IWD are strongly encouraged to applyLabelmaster is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and we are committed to the concept and practice of equal opportunity and affirmative action in all aspects of employment.
