Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.As the Director of Feasibility Strategy within the Innovative Health Engagement and Advocacy (IHE&A) organization, your role will be pivotal in shaping our trial feasibility strategies, including feasibility platforms roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Unit (DU) stakeholders and other important functions across the organization, including Data Science & Digital Health (DSDH), to drive a data-driven approach to our work, including site segmentation and site tiering.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with relevant functions contributing to the feasibility framework.Design strategies aligned with the priorities of the DUs.Develop tailored engagement approaches and tools to optimize the feasibility process.Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of functions supporting the feasibility process.Provide dynamic leadership to a team of professionals, guiding their development and fostering a diverse work environment.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in scientific or healthcare discipline or relevant field required; PharmD, MS, MD, or PhD preferred.Required:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site feasibility process within pharmaceutical R&D.Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data for feasibility assessments.Proven ability to think strategically and innovate Feasibility processes.Exceptional communication and influencing skills.Strong leadership acumen, with experience in managing teams.Preferred:2 years of people management experience.Travel:

Up to 10% domestic & international.Compensation:The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.Equal Opportunity Employer:
