Cayuse focuses on federal markets and missions and is an SBA tribal 8(a) certified company.Primary FocusThe Senior ServiceNow Engineer supports the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) to manage and oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), inventory, troubleshoot existing information, and manage integration and discovery processes.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping in USACE ServiceNow.Define, implement, and integrate Configuration Management policies and procedures to support the ServiceNow CMDB.Drive transformation of the ServiceNow CMDB and service mapping activities.Collaborate with configuration item (CI) Class and/or System Owners to troubleshoot discovery issues.Maintain and create new midservers and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for CMDB data management.Support ServiceNow CMDB tasks including monitoring CMDB health and training team members.Create and/or modify CI Identifiers and discovery probes.Support configuration management tools for asset and configuration item delivery.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Job Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree and five (5) or more years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.Experience maintaining enterprise hardware and software Configuration Items (CIs).Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery processes.Experience with Change Management processes.Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification.Ability to obtain a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification within 6 months of hire.Must have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery certification within 6 months of hire.Secret Clearance required.Must be a current US Citizen.Must pass a background check.Self-starter with the ability to learn new tasks and skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Team player with strong analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.Cisco Telephony/Router Solutions.Prior USACE/ACE-IT experience.Experience supporting Office 365.Experience working in a DoD environment.Reports to:

Program ManagerWorking ConditionsProfessional remote office environment. Must be able to work varying schedules and attend virtual meetings as needed.Other Duties:
