Take ownership for all aspects of HR including Recruiting, Training, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Compensation, Performance Management, Safety, Benefits, HR Policies, Compliance, Continuing Education and License Renewals.In addition to rolling up your sleeves to manage all items above; you will play an important role on the leadership team while focused strategically on a healthy culture where engagement is high, teamwork is constant, and the passion for quality and having fun is at the heart of this small growth company.
