Senior Counsel

You will be responsible for all aspects of supervising and coordinating the efforts of a legal team, including budget and legal practice area management, case assignment, and the hiring and professional development of staff. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the Company, developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will keep abreast of industry-specific regulations and ensure that appropriate risk management strategies are in place.Key Responsibilities
