Your main responsibility is to lead delivery for the Treasury squad, responsible for the vision and priorities of projects and enhancements on those platforms supporting our Global Treasury Services.Key Responsibilities:Set a clear vision for the product and manage multi-generation product strategy.Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features by business value.Define, align, and execute global strategies and solutions; partner with the business to improve, automate, and simplify business processes.Understand the business’s needs and negotiate development priorities.Track progress of all Treasury system development and communicate updates to leadership teams.Lead projects of medium to large complexity and provide coaching/guidance to team members.Qualifications:A minimum of a master’s degree in applied economics or IT is required.A minimum of 8 years of Finance experience and/or Technology and Treasury domain knowledge is required.People leadership experience is preferred.Experience in managing complex global projects and processes.Hands-on project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.Primary Location:
