Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) – Treasury , based in Beerse, Belgium.The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for 130 years. We embrace research and science, bringing innovative ideas, products, and services to advance the health and well-being of people.Role DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing the Finance applications running on the Treasury platforms (SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, and SWIFT technology). You will lead delivery for the Treasury squad and be responsible for the vision and priorities of projects and enhancements on those platforms in support of our Global Treasury Services. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across all levels of the JNJ organization.Key Responsibilities:Set a clear vision for the product and manage multi-generation product strategy.Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features based on business value.Define and execute global strategies and solutions; partner with the business to identify opportunities for using technology to improve business processes.Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the product.Accountable for the development work getting done correctly and participate in business planning activities.Drive business process improvement initiatives and champion change management efforts.Partner with the business to understand and define business drivers and requirements.Track progress of all Treasury system development in the context of the larger Treasury project portfolio.Lead projects of medium to large complexity and provide coaching/guidance to team members.Ensure compliance with J&J standards, policies, and procedures.Qualifications:A minimum of a master’s degree in applied economics or IT is required.A minimum of 8 years of Finance experience and/or Technology and Treasury domain knowledge is required.People leadership experience is preferred.Experience in managing complex global projects and processes.Hands-on disciplined project management skills.Experience in agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal.Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills.Primary Location:
