Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) – Treasury , based in Beerse, Belgium.The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for 130 years. Employees work with partners in health care to touch the lives of over a billion people every day throughout the world.In this role, you will manage the Finance applications running on the Treasury platforms (SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, and SWIFT technology). Your main responsibility is to lead delivery for the Treasury squad, responsible for the vision and priorities of projects and enhancements on those platforms, supporting our Global Treasury Services.Key Responsibilities:Set a clear vision for the product and be responsible for multi-generation product strategy.Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features by business value.Partner with the business to identify opportunities for using technology to improve, automate, and simplify business processes.Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the product.Accountable for development work getting done correctly.Drive business process improvement initiatives and champion change management efforts.Track progress of all Treasury system development.Lead projects of medium to large complexity and act as a liaison between various Technology organizations.Ensure that J&J information assets are protected by complying with all security policies.Qualifications:A minimum of a master’s degree in applied economics or IT is required.A minimum of 8 years of Finance experience and/or Technology and Treasury domain knowledge is required.People leadership experience is preferred.Experience in managing complex global projects and processes.Experience with modern cloud-based application delivery.Proficiency in explaining technologies effectively to customers.Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision.Primary Location:
