RMH-NY continues to grow at the intersection of healthcare and hospitality. A child's health journey is an emotional one, which is why we work to relieve stress on the families in many ways as their child undergoes medical treatment.RMH-NY has a deep commitment to expanding impact throughout NY and therefore with the new strategic plan they are expanding services, enhancing technology to provide additional services to the families they serve. RMH-NY is now a healthcare organization who provides housing. This complexity will subsequently mean additional lines of revenue and will also mean continuing to grow the Board and leadership team to lead an organization in transformation and growth.Position Overview
A unique, newly designed role, the Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO) will play a critical role on the CEO’s senior leadership team, driving the financial and operational success of RMH-NY, while optimizing programs, operations, facilities, and human resources functions. In addition, the CFOO will partner with other members of the senior leadership team (core cabinet) and the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization to ensure financial health, operating efficiencies, overall effectiveness, and long-term sustainability in support of the organization’s core mission.Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of internal operational strategies essential for realizing the goals and objectives of RMH-NY.Oversee financial management, organizational operations, project timelines, guest relations, wellness initiatives, business development endeavors, and employee productivity.Cultivate a profoundly inclusive culture that fosters the flourishing of all team members.Adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace.Manage varied responsibilities across multiple teams while maintaining a client-focused approach.Compensation, Benefits & Location
The expected salary range for this role (based on level of experience) is $275-325,000 base plus bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that the CFOO will have a regular presence (3 days per week required) in RMH-NY’s headquarters.
