Responsible professional work performing specialized duties involving using advanced data analysis techniques and statistical models to interpret complex data sets and inform business strategies. Duties include data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and reporting; identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies; providing actionable recommendations; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making; and related duties as required.A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in public health sciences, data management, health informatics or a closely related field.One (1) year of professional experience in data collection, analysis, and database management in any field.Professional experience is paid experience gained after the receipt of a Bachelor's Degree in a position that required a Bachelor's degree upon entrance. Civil Service reserves the right to determine what is considered to be professional experience.* Prior to appointment, the hiring agency is required to verify education claimed by the applicant to qualify for this classification.
