WINDOWS SYSTEMS ENGINEER
One of our healthcare clients is seeking someone with 3-5 years of technical experience as a Windows Systems Engineer to be part of a team that will be responsible for provisioning, supporting, and maintaining the configurations and operations of systems hardware and software, and other related infrastructure. Charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies such as Exchange O365, servers, storage, Citrix, VMWare, and AD Azure SSO, data center operations and group policy creation. Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems is essential. Assists project teams with technical issues, technical analyses, and support of the IT infrastructure. On-call, 24x7 support of degradation of service required.Qualifications
Three to five years of previous experience is a must; any hospital information systems administration and workflow would be a plus. Knowledge of and experience with client/server technology, networking, user management, project management, and databases is needed.Experience in multiple system applications, with the ability to draft and edit the context of business and technical documents required.Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA), and VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) are pluses.
