INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SPECIALISTOne of our healthcare clients is seeking someone with 5+ years of technical experience as an Infrastructure Support Specialist to be part of a team responsible for implementing datacenter technology solutions such as enterprise-class storage systems, new VMware builds and upgrades, knowledge of Active Directory, and the datacenter physical environment (racks, servers, blade systems, fiber cabling, UPS, PDU systems). This position is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office at least 2 days per week. Therefore, you must live in the NY/NJ Metro area and be able to commute to the office.As part of the team, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies such as Exchange O365, servers, storage, Citrix, VMware, and Azure SSO, as well as data center operations and group policy creation. You will also plan for and respond to service outages and other problems, assisting project teams with technical issues, technical analyses, and support of the IT infrastructure.Qualifications
At least five years of previous experience is required; healthcare industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of and experience with client/server technology is needed.Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA), and VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are pluses.
