Director of Human Resources & Finance

The Director of Human Resources and Finance (DHRF) is responsible for financial and human resource oversight of the organization. This is a hands-on position requiring a broad range of financial strategy and strategic HR management. The incumbent will serve as the firm's chief advisor on HR and finance matters and is principally responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the organization's financial plan and annual budget. The DHRF will also provide leadership and guidance with regard to compliance and the organization's human resources operations.Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance/accounting, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or master's in accounting/finance is strongly preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is heavily favored. 8+ years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills/Keywords:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent management, supervisory and leadership skills; analytical and problem solving skills; detail oriented and proficient in database programs and financial software; superior organizational abilities and capable of multitasking on a daily basis.Compensation:
