This is a full-time, permanent position.Responsibilities Include:Ability to lead and manage the HR team, overseeing performance management & appraisals.Develop HR strategies that encourage a diverse & healthy workplace.Ensure HR systems & policies are aligned with best practices and laws.Oversee recruitment and ensure effective onboarding through employee life cycles.Ability to lead employee engagement surveys as well as performance appraisals and career development programs.Develop training programs on HR issues.Ensure payroll, and effective workplace reporting are updated on HR metrics.Qualifications:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business AdministrationRelevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic HR managementExtensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and HR systemsStrong leadership skillsAgility and innovation in strategic directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR systemsHours & Benefits:M -F 8-5In-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision401K matchingFor more details on this role please contact
