Description:Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a firm belief in the power of a strong company culture and a people-first approach. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a visionary leader to join the team as the Human Resources Business Partner.

Responsibilities Include:Talent Management and Organizational CultureCollaborate with leadership to understand the organization’s long-term goals and create ways to support these goals through talent management.Develop and administer HR policies and procedures as well as oversee the creation of programs that support the organization's culture.Assess organizational needs and provide coaching and resources to resolve and prevent team conflicts.Serve as the HR contact for all employees.

Recruitment, Onboarding, and OffboardingOversee the recruitment and hiring process for all positions.Create strategies to identify talent.Manage and conduct onboarding and orientation as well as offboarding for staff.Collaborate with different departments to create job responsibilities and job descriptions.

Compensation and BenefitsDevelop and administer a compensation program to ensure the organization is competitive within the market.Research and develop competitive benefits, performance appraisals, and employee incentive programs.Manage all HR administration.Oversee 401k and profit-sharing plans and monitor PTO.Oversee the accuracy of all payrolls.

Regulatory and ComplianceProvide directions to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Maintain and maximize the implementation of the HRIS.Have a strong knowledge of changing employment regulations and implementing policies.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role.Experience in developing HR policies and procedures.Excellent communication skills and the ability to find creative solutions.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.Hours & Benefits:M -F 8-5In-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision401KFor more details on this role please contact
