Member-level Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Roseland, NJ, seeks a highly skilled Member-level Corporate Attorney with expertise in general corporate matters. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and be admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Admission to the New York Bar or other jurisdictions is a plus.
