The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring great customer experience and maximum profitability. Functional Responsibilities
Performance Culture:
Analyzes sales reports and KPIs; establishes clear expectations; controls payroll and supply budget; performs operational activities such as scheduling and inventory audits. Building High Performing Teams:
Motivates and inspires store team; promotes inclusive problem-solving; communicates effectively with store teams. Customer Experience:
Models and promotes service principles; ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns; maintains consistent client communication. Talent:
Assists in recruiting and developing a high-performing team; drives engagement by recognizing outstanding performance. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of retail management experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills Able to learn or adapt to company technology Proven customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations Able to communicate effectively with customers and staff Regular attendance is essential; flexible work schedule required Physical Requirements
