We are now looking for another team mate to join us either in Athens, Amphilochia, or Thessaloniki as a Senior People Partner.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?As the People Partner, you will be the Ambassador of our Knauf Values, overseeing the people operations at the plant, focusing on recruitment, engagement, training, onboarding, HR policies, and working closely with all plant departments to ensure the HR plan implementation.What you’ll be doing:Daily monitor Ergani clock-in/clock out and troubleshoot where necessaryKeep HR records updated in the HRMSEnsure compliance with employment laws, local and Group policiesImplement Knauf Recruitment Framework to attract and select top talentsCreate and support the onboarding process in close cooperation with the plant management teamSupport the end-to-end training process; identify training needs, update the skills matrix, coordinate training programs and seminars, keep recordsSupport teams in the performance review processActively participate in the creation and monitoring of personal improvement plansImplement the rewards policyImplement team-building activitiesActively cooperate with Health & Safety department to promote and support Health & Safety at the plantWhat we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors, and values.
