We’ve been producing high quality, market-leading gypsum building products for 91 years. Knauf Turkey is a part of Knauf Middle East, Africa & South Asia (MEASA) which is one of Knauf Group's regions. We are now looking for another teammate to join us in Izmıt Plant as Profile Production Engineer.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?What you’ll be doing:Being responsible for the production and process improvements of metal profile.Executing line and performance measurements, which lead to diagnosing the technical problems of the plant.Investigation of improvement potentials on "process", "production rate" and "quality".Analyzing the periodical laboratory and production reports.Evaluation of customer claims due to production together with local responsibles.Implementing new products and processes together with Region Team.Reporting of all production facilities’ activities.Creation of production check-list tables and cooperation with production responsibles.Evaluation of plant’s needs and preparation of investment reports with feasibility studies.Close cooperation with Region Team and perform project-based studies together.Continuously analyze and optimize production processes.What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
