Manage mechanical, electrical and automation maintenance activities in the facility.Conduct risk analysis and form work permits with a focus on occupational safety and environmental issues.Prepare and follow the plant’s yearly maintenance budget in consideration of monthly predictions.Plan and implement the plant’s investment budgets.Arrange and follow all planned maintenance organizations via SAP.Increase maintenance productivity and conduct root cause analysis on breakdowns to drive improvement actions.Monitor KPIs such as rates of planned maintenance and breakdowns, and analyze duration between breakdowns.Engage as a proactive team member, working with stakeholders at all levels across the business.Lead maintenance at plant level, monitoring, reporting, and presenting data, actions, and targets.Align and report on all maintenance requirements, processes, and data points.Prepare and manage the department P&L.Implement good professional and social practices to improve working and living conditions.Assist in planning and permitting approval applications. Report to Plant Manager with close interaction with relevant Regional team members.What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors, and values. If you have experience in the following areas, this is an added advantage:BSc degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.Minimum 5 years of team management experience.Good knowledge and active use of SAP-PM module (including spare parts and purchasing modules).Experience of scheduled maintenance.Knowledge of/Interest in Lean Management, 5S and Continuous Improvement, digitalization.Knowledge of/Interest in plant automation and software-related issues.Knowledge of autonomous maintenance and willingness to participate in related activities.Good knowledge of AutoCAD, QDMS, Microsoft Office.Excellent command of English.Residency/Ability to reside in Ankara.What happens next?We appreciate that your time is precious and applying for a new job can be a lengthy process - so we have committed to replying to your application as soon as possible.
