As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented People Partner to join our People Department and support our employees in achieving their full potential.Can you say Yes?To serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and other related matters?To provide support for HR projects?To lead efforts to promote a positive and inclusive work culture and foster a sense of belonging?What you’ll be doing:Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks,Coordinating new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies and procedures,Collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that align with organizational goals,Developing and implementing training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities,Proactively analyzing people data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness,Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in people management and incorporating them into our HR strategies and practices.What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviours, and values. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:Business-oriented degree such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any other degree relating to Human Resources; Master degree is preferable,2+ years of experience in HR roles,Strong understanding of HR best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization,Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with global teams,Fluent in English,Residency/ To be able to reside in Ankara.
