A law firm in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of litigation experience, exceptional academic credentials, and strong advocacy skills.Duties:Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.Assist in all discovery phases, including drafting discovery requests and responses, conducting document reviews, and preparing for and attending depositions.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.Prepare for hearings, trials, and arbitrations, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and assisting in courtroom proceedings.Manage case files and maintain case documentation.Requirements:0-1 year of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.Top-notch academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications/Licenses:Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and databases.Strong drafting and editing skills for legal documents.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide recommendations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
