Vaco is working with a Client in the Entertainment industry who is looking for a qualified Legal Coordinator to support the office of the Chief Legal Office. As a Legal Coordinator, key responsibilities will include drafting and formatting legal correspondence, implementing legal procedures, and conducting legal research. This opportunity is located in Century City and will be in the office 4 days a week. This is a contract potential contract-to-hire position and is looking to pay between $30-$35/hr depending on experience.

Job Specifications:

Draft, redline and edit highly confidential documents.Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas, and contracts.Assist with legal research and analysis.Create and implement legal procedures and processes.E-file a high volume of documents and send documents for e-sign as requested.Over 5 years of Legal Coordination/Paralegal experience required for the role.Background in the legal sector or paralegal background highly preferred.Bachelor's Degree preferred for the role.Paralegal Certification required for the role.Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
