Reports to Customer Success. You will work cross-functionally with other teams (i.e. Growth, Product, Engineering) to lead and create high impact initiatives that lay the foundation for how we scale and develop the team and product.What You'll Do
Define critical metrics to track initiative performance; report findings to leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-makingProactively scope insights-driven projects to implement repayment strategy, adoption strategy, and customer educationAnalyze customer data, taking roadmap initiatives from 0 to 1.Develop tools and training to enable teams to implement initiatives at scalePropose and implement tools and process enhancements to improve operational efficiencyBasic Qualifications
5+ years working experience, 3+ years of work experience in a fast paced, high growth tech environmentStrong experience building and executing complex processes, SOPs, SLAs, etcExcellent 0-1 project management skillsExperience problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issuesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships within cross functional teamsExcellent at creating ever-green systems and processesProven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against hard deadlinesExcel/Google Sheets proficiency. SQL proficiency strongly preferredWork onsite 4 days / week at our office in San Francisco, CAPreferred Qualifications
Experience in Fintech, payments, and/or digital lendingBackground at operations-heavy tech companiesUnparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisionsCompensation Range
The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000.
