:The Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) will take a leadership role in integrating sales and demand planning with supply planning globally in order to maximize long-term profitability for the company.Your Responsibilities

:Develop the S&OP vision, strategy and processes based on best-in-class benchmarking.Become the S&OP thought leader for the organization.Design and implement a globally harmonized S&OP process across regions and categories.Own and lead the global S&OP process definition and orchestration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily.Establish and track S&OP KPIs reflecting overall goals.Lead and integrate global demand forecasting, supply planning, and retail analytics teams.Develop buy recommendations reflecting assortment and product lifecycle management.Manage Brooks’ inventory position to achieve overall inventory objectives.Lead strategic initiatives that improve S&OP flexibility and KPIs.Lead continuous education processes for organizational support of the S&OP process.Become the chief champion for the S&OP process across the organization.Lead technology selections in support of the S&OP process.Establish Executive S&OP reviews to align stakeholders.Collaborate with senior leadership to align company-wide strategies.Design an audit program to ensure compliance across the organization.Create a culture of continuous learning for the S&OP team.Build S&OP team and develop S&OP talent.Qualifications

:Bachelor’s degree in operations/engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, operations, financial planning, or sales planning.7+ years proven success leading a team in a fast-paced environment.In-depth understanding of strategic business goals and objectives.Proven experience in process definition and implementation.Exceptional collaboration skills across the organization.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.Deep understanding of technology enablement and current technology tools.Strong ability to lead teams and develop organizational talent.Embraces and lives the Brooks values!Travel 5% (Domestically/Internationally)Reports to: COODepartment: Global OperationsPosition Class: Exempt/SalariedPosition Location: Headquarters – SeattleBrooks Sports, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and our policy is to maintain employment practices that conform to the intent and letter of the laws regarding equal employment opportunity.
