Job DescriptionIdentifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.Essential Duties And Responsibilities IncludeAchieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas, conducting annual performance reviews for all subordinatesMeeting with potential customersAttending regional meetingsProviding support to the Marketing Dept. with competitive informationPreparing necessary reports, and following and enforcing all corporate policiesMust oversee all regional dealer activity not managed by corporate National AccountsFurther responsibilities also include hiring, development, motivation and guidance of field sales personnelRequired Job Requirements:BA/BS Degree or 5+ years of successful field sales experience in lieu of education4+ years of successful outside sales experienceMust be able to travel including evenings, weekends and overnight staysPreferred SkillsPrevious Manager or Leadership experience preferredHigh level sales skills with a successful track record within dental space highly desiredTechnical Aptitude: Strong technical skills, able to digest and verbalize highly technical product and clinical informationOrganizational Skills: Effective planning and prioritizationTeamwork: Ability to work closely with other Kerr team membersCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrategic: Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impactProficient using MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPointCertificates, Licenses and Registrations are encouragedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
