The Vice President of Capital Markets (VP of Capital Markets) is responsible for expanding our investor base and increasing our assets under management (AUM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital, developing investor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance our market position.Responsibilities

Capital Raising: Employ a systematic approach to fundraising, identifying and engaging potential investors, including family offices, endowments/foundations, public funds, corporate pension plans and consultants, to secure discretionary investor equity for the company's private equity real estate funds.Investor Relations Management: Develop and execute strategies to broaden and deepen our investor footprint, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication with prospective and existing investors.Market Analysis and Strategy: Leverage comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, GR's investment strategy, and competitive positioning to inform investment decisions and presentations to investors.Networking and Representation: Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to establish and nurture valuable connections with prospective investors.Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the executive team and Investor Relations Associates to coordinate sales presentations, update CRM systems, and prepare materials for investor meetings.Understand all aspects of GR's history, investment strategy and philosophy, key points of differentiation and competitive positioning, historical results, strategic initiatives and basic property budget information and current performance.Qualifications

MBA or CFA preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in institutional private equity real estate investing or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of raising assets and developing successful investor relationships.Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and market dynamics.
