We’re one global team – 50,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Deputy Program Director to be based in Sacramento or Fresno, CA.JOB SUMMARY:This individual will work on one of AECOM's major infrastructure programs and shall assist the Principal-in-Charge/ Program Director in the management of the Consultant who is responsible for the planning, procurement, design, integration, construction, contract management, and budget management of the program. This individual shall assist leading Consultant staff in support of the development and implementation of the client’s construction projects through all project phases. This individual shall delegate to the Person in Charge when appropriate and be accountable for the execution of the Program services to this major infrastructure program. The primary focus will be the construction and related design oversight. This individual shall provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams working on numerous products. This individual shall have the ability to think strategically and have a long-range goal in mind.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable to client Executives and the applicable Joint Venture Board for successful execution of the program services, may fill in for the PIC as required.Principal point of contact and accountable for all key activities of program functions, specifically oversight of construction and engineering for contracting, and related matters.Liaise with client Branch Directors to ensure effective and efficient coordination of activities to achieve successful execution of the client’s program and projects.Orchestrates program lead staff to provide highly effective support across all functions to the client.Advises client executives on strategic matters to ensure timely and effective decision making.QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.Additional InformationOffered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $162,429.97 - $300,495.44. AECOM is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
