As a Senior Product Manager in PayPal’s Compliance Platform group, you will have a significant impact on PayPal’s customers, PayPal’s platforms and regulators across the globe. If you are an experienced product manager, with passion to delight your customers by identifying their needs and building platform solutions, if you have sharp problem solving skills and excellent collaboration and communication skills, and if you like to work in a highly collaborative, values-driven environment – then PayPal’s Compliance Platform team is looking for you!Job Description:In your day-to-day role, you will be:Developing a vision and strategy for your area of ownershipBeing accountable end to end for defining roadmaps and delivering them – from understanding user needs through launch, scale, support and maintenanceMaking day to day prioritization decisions backed by dataEvangelizing your platform to stakeholders and securing key dependenciesBuilding Platforms vs. solutions – designing capabilities that can be reused by other teams and being aware of other capabilities within the enterprise to be able to reuse themWorking cross-functionally and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersDefining and measuring performance of your platformIdentifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices, driving innovation.Managing wide, company level portfolio with impact on multiple products at the same timeWhat do you need to bring:Product management background (usually 5+ years as a PM and additional years of non-PM experience)Great problem-solving skills, backed by dataPlatform thinkingCustomer-centric mindsetHigh energy, good attitude, and high accountabilityExcellent and effective interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in working in a matrix organization and managing a variety of stakeholdersKnowledge of Compliance in FinTech is a definite plusPayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $84,500 to $204,600.Our Benefits:At PayPal, we’re committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
