In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collectionsYour primary focus will be on maintaining accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance department in maintaining the financial health of the organizationRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both physical and electronicEnsure confidentiality and security of financial informationCompliance: Adhere to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsAssist in internal and external audits as neededCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any issues or discrepanciesMonth-end and year-end closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and reportingCash management: manage cash accounts including reconciling accounts, reviewing cash balances, etc.Responsible for managing and overseeing all cash flow management activities (collection, payables, inventory management)Owns the general accounting function including direction and oversight of all processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP accountingMaintains and manages fixed asset registryAssists with external auditors and taxesHelp manage/implement/report on key performance indicators for operations and salesServes as a trusted internal business partner to operations, sales, marketing, and customer service leadersCompany Information
