As a Project Manager I in Cano Health, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects across various departments, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee risk management, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Lead project teams, facilitate effective communication, and foster collaboration.Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and manage changes.Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-mortems, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.Identify project dependencies and risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to higher management when necessary.Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards relevant to healthcare projects.Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors involved in projects.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures and project status reports.Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.Supervisory Responsibilities

Effective Communication: Maintain clear, open, and proactive communication with all stakeholders, team members, and project sponsors to ensure a shared understanding of project goals, progress, and potential challenges.Robust Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include well-defined objectives, realistic timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, involving them in decision-making, obtaining feedback, and addressing concerns to foster stakeholder buy-in and satisfaction.Risk Management: Identify potential risks early on, assess their impact on project success, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to prevent or address issues promptly.Education & Experience

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of recent process/project management experience.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.Project Management Certification preferred.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Must have excellent organizational and planning skills to produce a large quantity of work under tight constraints.Healthcare background preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of scope control and change management.Ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Demonstrate high-level business judgment and clear communication with cross-functional teams and others at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and planning skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Must possess the desire and willingness to learn and apply new skills.Must be quality and detail-oriented.Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Work Conditions

Must be able to perform essential functions such as typing, standing, sitting, stooping, and occasionally climbing.Travel Requirements
