The Analyst III, Business Analysis analyzes complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic insights to drive organizational success. Performs research, analyzes information, presents findings, and recommends changes and/or takes actions based on various factors to solve problems and improve business outcomes. As an Analyst III, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Advanced Business Analysis:

Lead the analysis of intricate business processes and systems, identifying key areas for enhancement and optimization.Provide expert-level guidance in translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Utilize advanced analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making. May use data visualization tools to further business insights.Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, cultivating strong working relationships.Collaborate with business units to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive insights.Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive analysis and market trends.Work closely with leadership to shape and refine business strategies.Project Leadership

Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.Documentation And Reporting

Create detailed and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and analysis reports.Develop and present insightful reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices.Supervisory Responsibilities

No supervisory responsibilities.Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a senior-level business analyst or in a similar role.Expertise in utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power-Point etc.), PowerBI, SQL Server.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project leadership.Excellent communication and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in business analysis.At least 2+ years of experience in the technical field or healthcare field.Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

Analytical and critical thinking skills.Leadership and mentorship abilities.Strong problem-solving capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
