The Analyst III, FP&A works directly with the FP&A Manager in conducting financial analyses, collecting, and reviewing information to support finance, corporate development, and investor relations, and coordination of tasks associated with financial reporting for quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, SEC filings and debt offerings.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare financial models and forecasts, annual budgets, monthly cash flow, multi-year strategic plans, to support strategic initiatives.Analyze sell side reports for the Company and its competitors; anticipate investor questions and prepare responses.Responsible for executing and monitoring ongoing control procedures and documentation related to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and for the remediation of control deficiencies, if any.Analyze financial reports of completed and potential acquisitions, and support financial planning for acquisitions.Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Prepare and regularly update materials to support discussions with Investors and Management meetings.Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and visualization dashboard.Work with various large datasets and conducting data analysis.Develops and administers standard reports, i.e., statistical reports.Develops and maintains user-friendly procedures, guidelines, and documentation for supervisors.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.Ensures confidentiality and professionalism are maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.Supervisory Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.Related industry work experience in a financial analyst capacity.Understanding of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.Financial analysis and data analysis experience is desirable.Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of concurrent tasks efficiently.Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.Must possess 4 - 6 years of experience.Skill in operating phones, personal computers, software, and other IT systems.Skill in oral communication.Ability to communicate with employees, patients and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner.Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.Fluent in English and Spanish.Physical Requirements
This position works under usual office conditions and will require travel as needed. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Work Conditions
Must be able to perform essential functions such as typing, standing, sitting, stooping, and occasionally climbing.Travel Requirements
