Generate quality pipeline for our sales team using outbound outreach (email, cold calls, social selling)Prospect into target account lists to identify the right stakeholders to contact at each accountPersonalize messaging based on your research to improve reply rates, showcase empathy and build credibilityEducate prospects to help them understand how Okteto can help their organizationQualify prospects by developing an understanding of their current needs and pain pointsPass qualified prospects off to the appropriate sales rep by booking a meeting and organizing easily digestible notes about the prospect's needsA good fit
Experience in a high growth startupUnderstand Sales Development cycle and have shown success in the pastKnowledge of how to work with customersProven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong is a plus)1-3 years experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech companyAble to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasivelyExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presenceAble to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failurePromotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.Self Starter.
