This position is under the supervision of the VP of Administration and Operations. The Accounting Manager manages all accounting functions and provides direction and guidance to all accounting staff. This position makes decisions on the Accounting Department’s plans, schedules, initiatives and day-to-day activities within the framework established by the senior management. This position also holds Accounts Payable and Receivable as well as banking responsibilities.Skills and Experience:
MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Advanced skillsWorking knowledge of ERPKnowledge of all accounting cycles (AR, AP, GL, Inventory costing)In-depth knowledge of US GAAP. Understanding of financial audit process and requirementsKnowledge of all facets of sales and use tax compliance issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of income tax compliance is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.Experience in medical field or any big accounting firm is preferred not required.Bilingual Japanese is highly desired.Apply for this great position as an Accounting Manager today!
