Role detailsHybrid in Encinitas, CA$35-$38/hrPart-time: 20 hrs/wkWe are looking for a part-time, motivated, experienced, internal accountant to join our expanding team. The experienced accountant will be responsible for multiple duties to support our internal accounting department.Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, invoices, and cash transactions;Maintain supporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations;Review and verify accuracy of account coding and classifications;Analyze changes in account balances and make recommendations to correct errors as appropriate;Assist with monthly financial reporting package;Assist with annual compliance filings and tax work by preparing supporting schedules and reconciliations;Reconcile daily cash/credit card deposits;Process and maintain Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payables on a daily basis;Prepare weekly financial metrics and reporting;Perform data analysis and prepare reconciliations across various systems;Assist with special projects and other duties;
