The company is based in Encinitas, California.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and financial statement preparation. The Staff Accountant will also provide support to the Finance Manager and Controller.QualificationsProficiency in QuickBooks (3+ years) and Microsoft ExcelDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills1-2 years of experience in an accounting roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with tax filings and audits is a plusCompensation & Benefits:$60,000-$80,000401(k) with employer contribution (eligible after 6 months of employment).Health, dental and vision insurance benefitsPaid time off & Paid Holidays
