As the
Account Executive , you will serve as the subject matter expert across multiple clients for digital support of Moore Media & Digital campaigns. The Account Executive will work closely with senior members of our team, as well as clients and partners, to execute Moore Media & Digital campaigns with a focus on recruiting monthly donors.Moore Media & Digital offers fully integrated, turn-key capabilities to plan, implement and optimize Moore Media & Digital programs for nonprofit organizations. Our staff of experienced media buyers, operations specialists, analysts, telemarketing experts and seasoned account executives work together to create some of the best and most effective direct response television campaigns in the United States.In this role you will:Provide recommendations to improve landing page conversion rates, and track A/B test results.Monitor SEM, remarketing, and other digital advertising campaigns and provide recommendations for optimizations and improvements.Set up custom reports and explorations in Google Analytics to monitor trends in traffic and donation conversions on client websites and Moore Media & Digital donation forms.Track spikes in traffic and donation activity from high-profile television airings.Provide regular and ad hoc web analytics reports to client teams.Assist with the setup of new clients, ensuring campaigns, forms, source codes, UTM tags, etc. are properly set up for tracking.Support and work closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, and other client-facing staff to provide high-quality service to nonprofit Moore Media & Digital clients.Assist with maintaining or coordinating the initial setup for data flow and feeds, digital integration and support, call center management, program integration and downstream communication/lapsed reactivation strategies.Facilitate client and team communication and meetings.Prepare and circulate agendas and meeting notes.Track action items and follow up with the relevant parties to ensure completion in a timely manner.Contribute to the oversight of Moore Media & Digital client call center activities such as call monitoring, helping to develop call center training materials, calibration calls with call center and client participation, drafting call center memos and recommendations for DRTV inbound clients.Review and provide QC assistance for all program performance metrics; KPI reports, retention reports and benchmark analyses, and ongoing testing to optimize results.Track budgets and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely billing.We seek:A minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience.Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
