We are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager to join our team to accomplish the following:Land the company vision around the transformation of our business and customer orientation in the subsidiaries and externally.Drive strategic resource allocation and investments through local insights, ensuring optimal returns aligned with our worldwide strategy. Prioritize

Perform analysis and research of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities), and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions).Assist in the execution of annual business planning and forecasting process. Complete analysis, modeling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles.Provide business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods. Review recurring financial reporting and presentations. Identify trends, and formulate action plans.Develop and leverage relationships with customers and partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk. Collect customer feedback data and apply data analysis techniques to improve customer experience.Partnership

Provide business insights and recommendations to peers and stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals and drive shareholder return.Apply advanced understanding of Microsoft Finance and business to evaluate results and analysis, and manage potential adverse effects of macroeconomic and/or geopolitical risks.Contribute to new and unconventional methods and approaches to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and financial models.Lead efforts to leverage technology to increase productivity and ensure accurate conclusions.Integrate varied data sources and assimilate the information into a comprehensive, clear narrative.Protect

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes.Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field.OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field.OR equivalent experience.Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
