We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Copy of Attorney specializing in Litigation within the Legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team, providing legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of insurance defense litigation files from start to finish. This position is ideally suited for an individual who thrives in a challenging environment, has a deep understanding of insurance coverage law, and possesses significant trial experience.Why join us?Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of litigation matters related to insurance defense, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and professional liability cases.Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is favorable and in their best interest.Maintain current knowledge of Colorado State Bar regulations and guidelines, insurance coverage law, and other relevant legislation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular case updates and legal advice.Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of files.Minimum Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Must be a member in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.Proven trial experience, with a strong record of favorable verdicts.In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage law and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex litigation matters.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of files and meet strict deadlines.Ability to work independently, while also contributing to team goals and objectives.Proficiency with legal research tools and software.This position offers a unique opportunity to handle complex litigation matters, work closely with clients, and make a significant impact.
