Join us in a fun and rewarding work environment driven by our core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, Service, and Impact.The opportunity:Join our Sales Leadership Program, starting June 24, 2024!Ferguson’s Sales Leadership Program is a 3-year rotational learning program, providing exposure to our various customer groups (residential and non-residential) through on-the-job training, networking, coaching, and structured development. On-the-job learning experiences will include training in areas such as our warehouse, counter, and sales functions. You will also develop key skills in business awareness, relationship building, collaboration, consultation, inclusion, and the development of self and others. Your training will take place in one of the following metro areas:Atlanta, GA Metro

- Rotation locations may include: Roswell, Norcross, Union City, Tucker and Lilburn, GADC/Baltimore Metro

- Rotation locations may include: Chantilly, VA, Joppa, Halethorpe and Upper Marlboro, MDDenver, CO Metro

- Rotation locations may include: Aurora, Denver, and Commerce City, COHouston, TX Metro

- Rotation locations may include: Houston, La Porte and Spring, TXPhoenix, AZ Metro

- Rotation location includes: Phoenix, AZTampa, FL Metro

- Rotation locations may include: Lakeland and Tampa, FLUpon completion of the program, program graduates will be placed into a front-line sales manager role. These roles include, but are not limited to, Branch Manager, Showroom Manager, Inside Sales Manager or Sales Team Manager. Openness to relocation is required and placement will vary, with consideration to your preferences, across Ferguson’s 1400+ US based locations.What you need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityPrior leadership experience preferredA passion for learning about the wholesale distribution industryAbility to build long lasting relationshipsSolution-oriented mindset to solve for our business and customer needsPreparedness to work in a rapidly changing and diverse environmentCompany benefits and associate programs:A competitive salary with a bonus plan.
