I3 is comprised of biometric system engineers, software developers, system, network and test engineers, database administrators, cyber security engineers, and program managers with global information technology system development experience, providing solutions of the highest quality, security, and value to the U.S. Government.You will work closely with our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Customer, which administers a variety of immigration benefits, including permanent resident status, work permits, naturalization, and more.USCIS is required by law to obtain biometric and biographic data from applicants seeking certain immigration benefits. To comply, USCIS established the ASC program in 1997 to collect applicant biometrics within a controlled environment.This position is based out of the Orlando, FL ASC, overseeing all ASCs in the Southeast region of the U.S. The operations you will oversee include biometric capture, identity verification, mobile route support, applicant scheduling, data entry, resubmissions of prints, and facility observation support.The ASC Regional Manager position is unique in that the candidate will influence the success of the program through the management of 27 individual ASC locations within the Southeast region.Your contributions will have long-term effects on the success of our team and the immigration process.Typical Day:The ASC Regional Manager will work with facility supervisors daily to ensure that applicant processing meets or exceeds Customer requirements, coordinate logistical activities, and meet reporting requirements. Quarterly, the Regional Manager will make site visits, and weekly calls with facility supervisors will ensure activities are coordinated and operational obligations are met.Tasks:The ASC Regional Manager is responsible for ongoing facility operations and supervision of assigned ASC facility supervisors and locations. The Manager will ensure that:Locations are adequately staffed for scheduled applicant services.ASC staff is trained to standards required by the DHS USCIS customer.Mobile route support is provided upon Customer direction.Facility resources are correctly deployed.Facility Supervisors work directly with the Government Customer to implement procedures and ensure the integrity of biometrics.Standard operating procedures (SOP) are up-to-date and adhered to by facility staff.Quality Control processes are followed as per the contract.Reporting requirements are met.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s in Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.Four (4) years of overall experience in management of 50+ personnel along with facility management and operational processes.Desired Qualifications:Previous experience supervising disparate work sites.Experience with biometrics, biometric collections, and identity verification.Previous experience in a supervisory role with DHS and/or USCIS.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.US Citizenship & Clearance:
